1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lakiein ("lakiein", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lakiein website or gaming services at lakiein.net, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the lakiein platform and close your account. Continued use of lakiein following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of lakiein is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. lakiein does not accept players under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to access online gaming services.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, bots, and non-human actors are strictly prohibited from registering or operating accounts on lakiein.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of lakiein or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you or imposed by a regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

By creating an account on lakiein, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Any false declaration of eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of lakiein gaming services, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on lakiein. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, lakiein reserves the right to close all associated accounts and review all transactions made across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lakiein account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. lakiein strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Philippine mobile number. lakiein will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All lakiein accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. lakiein does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lakiein supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the lakiein Deposits page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. lakiein reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your lakiein account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. InstaPay transfers are typically processed within minutes. lakiein is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are processed within one hour during operating hours. Bank withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. lakiein reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

lakiein operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction we deem unusual or potentially suspicious. Funds deposited on lakiein must originate from legitimate, legal sources. The use of lakiein for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lakiein offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all lakiein promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Using a bonus on an ineligible game may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• lakiein reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Material changes to active player bonuses will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated group play, or pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, possible account suspension, and forfeiture of related winnings.
• Bonus funds do not carry monetary value unless and until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the lakiein platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operators. Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects a gaming session, lakiein reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. lakiein is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by the player's own hardware, internet connection, or software environment.

6.3 Sports Betting Specifics

Sports betting markets on lakiein — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong — are subject to their own specific rules available in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to real-time odds that may differ significantly from pre-match odds. Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or sports organisation.

6.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In cases of obvious or manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, or clearly erroneous bonus credits — lakiein reserves the right to void transactions and correct account balances. Players who knowingly exploit an obvious error to generate winnings may have those winnings voided and their accounts reviewed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lakiein platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as a player while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Opening or operating more than one lakiein account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, artificial intelligence, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, penetrate, or otherwise interfere with the security or functionality of the lakiein platform.
• Using the lakiein platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Misusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 5.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward lakiein support staff or other players.
• Accessing lakiein from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8. Responsible Gaming

lakiein is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming provisions are an integral part of these Terms:

8.1 Age Restriction

All gaming services on lakiein are strictly for players aged 21 years and above. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. lakiein employs age verification processes and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits

lakiein provides all registered players with account-level tools to help manage their gaming activity responsibly. These tools, accessible from your account dashboard after logging in, include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, wagering limits, and loss limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you have the right to self-exclude from the lakiein platform. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from lakiein. Permanent self-exclusions will not be reversed under any circumstances.

8.4 Reality Checks

Players can enable session reality-check notifications that appear at regular intervals during gameplay to remind them of elapsed session time. This feature is designed to help players maintain awareness of how long they have been playing.

Key data privacy commitments include: your personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers; your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes; your data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required; and you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lakiein platform — including but not limited to the lakiein brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of lakiein or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lakiein platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lakiein content without prior written permission from lakiein. Any unauthorised use of lakiein intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakiein's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lakiein account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lakiein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the lakiein platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors;
• Technical malfunctions in your own device, browser, or internet connection;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

lakiein reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• At the request of the account holder themselves.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and funds derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified Philippine payment method, subject to any pending withdrawal verification requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud or serious breach of these Terms may have their balances reviewed and potentially withheld pending investigation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lakiein operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the government-owned corporation responsible for supervising, licensing, and regulating games of chance and amusement in the Philippines. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), and all related Philippine statutes.

14. Changes to These Terms

lakiein reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify active players by posting a prominent notice on the lakiein platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the lakiein platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
